3-day diet. Apparent

3-day diet. Apparently you can lose up to ten lbs. in 3 days, with this special diet used by some military men and women. Take a four day break and do it again until youve achieved your goal... (Not sure if this is really 'healthy' living, as per my board, however, it might be worth a try to jump start the whole weight loss attempt!-KBz)
